1. Refunds & Returns

  • Grindwear does not offer refunds.
  • Customers may request an exchange for eligible products.

2. Delivery & Shipping

  • Grindwear takes full responsibility until the customer receives their package.
  • Once the order is delivered to the provided address and signed/acknowledged, responsibility transfers to the customer.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

Customers must report:

  • Damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Wrong items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

4. Customer Accounts

  • Customers must provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders.
  • Grindwear reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are securely processed through Payfast.
  • All payments must be cleared before shipping takes place.
  • Grindwear does not accept cash on delivery.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

By shopping with Grindwear, customers agree that their personal and order data may be:

  • Used to process orders.
  • Used for marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Shared with third parties where necessary for business operations.

7. Disputes & Liability

  • Grindwear aims for full customer satisfaction at every stage of the shopping process.
  • If issues arise, customers may contact support for resolution.
  • Liability extends to product quality, delivery up to receipt, and customer service.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by South African law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

9. Order Cancellations

  • No cancellations are allowed after an order has been placed.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order before checkout.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must read product descriptions carefully.
  • Grindwear will not be liable for incorrect size, color, or style choices made by the customer.
